A 38 year old male came to surgery OPD with the complaint of long standing constipation for
the last one year,associated withoff and on fresh bleeding per rectum since last three months.
Patient also complains that he feels something coming out of anus. On examination, pulse was
found to be 104 /min, respiratory rate was 28/minand patient was of pale complexion. Local
examination showed anal tags at 3:00 clock, 06:00 O’ Clock and 12:00 O’ Clock positions.
